Wrap the full length of the cloth as tightly as possible. 4.Squeeze foot into children't shoes. 5.Walk 6.Imagine that you are five years old 7.Imagine being like this for the rest of your life. The genocide of chinese footbing started in the 10th century. Chinese women were placed in marriages according to the size of thier feet. The idea foot was 3 inches long. The small feet supposedly led to greater pleasure in bed, though no such thing is true. The bounding of feet was a lifelong painfull process. Women who refused were disowned by thier families and forced out of town. Millions of women were crippled and tortured for thousands of years all due to the stereotypical notion that women should be beautiful.
